Tim Liechti

Tim Liechti’s clients are some of the most satisfied and knowledgeable homebuyers and sellers in Arizona today. Tim works with each client based on their individual needs. His goal in meeting his clients is to actively obtain a variety of information, which he then puts into a plan of action.

Tim provides his clients with the information they need throughout the entire process. Whether you are selling or buying a home, Tim’s goal is to educate his clients in order to reduce the stress level that comes from the buying and selling a home. He believes that the more knowledge the buyer has, the better the decisions his clients can make during the this process.

Tim enjoys having the opportunity to not only become better acquainted with his clients but to help them obtain their goal of buying a home. For some clients he is helping them sell their starter home in order to purchase their dream home. He truly believes that a good home is a foundation in which a family grows. His patience, compassion and friendliness is possibly why so many clients continue to sing his praises and refer him to co-workers, friends and family. Tim started his career in Real Estate because he truly enjoys helping others, has a love for the beauty of architecture and wanted to do something that made a difference in people’s lives.

Tim not only provides clients with homes for their families, he also has a huge client base of investors whom he continues to help pursue the market. Tim is also very enthusiastic about becoming an investor himself in the future.

Cecily Liechti

Cecily Liechti grew up in Mission Viejo California with her large family of three sisters and one brother. There she started her first career in early childhood education and primarily worked with infants and toddlers. Here is where she learned her love of working closely with and taking care of other people and their needs.

Cecily moved to Arizona to enjoy a slower pace of life in 2011. Here she enjoys being active, especially while being outdoors. In early 2018 she decided to switch careers to real estate, something she has been interested in since she was a child. She attended Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and joined The Liechti Group team. She makes it her responsibility to have each transaction run as smoothly as possible.

Elissa Jeffries

Elissa was born in Des Moines, IA but due to relocating at the age of 1 considers herself a Phoenix native but a Midwestern girl at heart. Elissa has had a passion for real estate since high school, when she started working for a top real estate office as a receptionist her Senior year. It was there that she learned how rewarding it was to help people through the largest purchase of their life!

Elissa went on to get her real estate license at the age of 21 and spent the first 9 years of her career in the new home sales industry. Working for some of the nations top 10 builders and subsequently getting promoted to the Regional Sales Trainer for Richmond American Homes in 2006, she has received multiple sales awards but it is her customer service awards that she is the most proud of.

Elissa went on to the lead one of the top REO teams in the Valley. However she now feels most at “home” helping families, first time homebuyers, and those purchasing or selling their second, third or fourth homes in a more “normal market”. Having lived in 9 of the Valley’s major suburbs, her first hand knowledge of the Valley is extensive. With her expansive background in the real estate industry, Elissa is well versed in all different types of real estate investments and purchases. Her passion for her career is evident as she can count most of her clients as personal friends.

Elissa currently resides in Peoria with her boyfriend Chip and their two dogs Bronco and Arlo. They love spending time with their families and their many many nieces and nephews. They also enjoy traveling and touring the country with their travel trailer and jeep.
